Overgirl is the Earth-X doppelganger of Kara Zor-El, known as Supergirl in the main Arrowverse timeline. She is a prominent antagonist within the CW's "Crisis on Earth-X" crossover event.
On Earth-X, a world where Nazi Germany won World War II, Kara was raised as a loyal follower of the regime. She became the wife of the Earth-X version of Oliver Queen, known as Dark Arrow, and together they enforced the Nazi ideology. She wears a variant of the Supergirl costume, modified to resemble Nazi regalia.
Overgirl's powers mirror those of Supergirl, including flight, super strength, heat vision, and invulnerability. However, her exposure to a modified version of Earth-X's sun gradually caused her to become unstable and fataly ill. Overgirl first appears in Crisis on Earth-X, Part 1 on the CW network.
